Moses was an eyewitness to the glory of God. Despite his sometimes crippling sense of inadequacy, he was chosen to free the Israelites from slavery in Egypt. Moses' encounters with God enabled him to overcome his insecurities and empowered him to persevere through the many hardships and obstacles the people of Israel encountered along their journey. "He persevered because he saw Him who is invisible." (Hebrews 11:27)

The same God who was concerned about His people's suffering in Egypt and used Moses to deliver them from their oppression, is mindful of the matters that weigh heavily upon your heart. Through this study, you will watch Moses transform from a stammering, reluctant follower of God into one of the greatest leaders who ever lived. Moses' transformation was a manifestation of God's active presence. As you read Moses' legendary story, you will learn to better discern God's active presence at work in your life today.
